Nuclear & Advanced Reactor Technology Division

The ASME Nuclear Engineering Division (NED) focuses on the design, analysis, development, testing, operation and maintenance of reactor systems and components, nuclear fusion, heat transport, nuclear fuels technology and radioactive waste.

About

The ASME Nuclear & Advanced Reactor Technology (NuART) Division advances the science, engineering, and application of nuclear and advanced reactor technologies. The division supports activities across the nuclear lifecycle, from technology development and licensing through deployment, operation, and long-term sustainability, with an emphasis on innovation and the evolution of nuclear energy systems.


NuART also supports the Journal of Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Science.
