Go to community.asme.org/search/directorysearch.aspx and look for the Group there. Some Groups are open and can be joined by clicking on the Join Group button on the Group's landing page.
The Group you’re seeking may be a closed or inactive Group. Make sure that the Group Access Type is set to “All Groups” to see these as well. For Groups that are closed, please send an email to asmecommunity@asme.org with the name of the Group in which you would like to be enrolled and we will contact the Group’s administrator. Inactive Groups do not have an administrator — if you are interested in becoming the administrator for an inactive Group, please send an email to asmecommunity@asme.org.
All members that currently hold leadership roles within Committees, Divisions, and Sections should be auto-enrolled into their respective Committee, Division, and Section Groups. For these Participants, the first item on their Site Activity tab on their Dashboard is “[Participant Name] has joined the Group [Name of Group].” Links to their Groups will be found on the Groups tab of the Dashboard.
