Meghann Noonan, Associate Project Engineer for the KRE-O construction brand, discusses her journey in learning that communication comes in many forms and is interpreted differently by everyone. How you communicate with others is important, but the perception of how you communicate is equally as important. Noonan's research experiences as well as group projects throughout college gave her a good base understanding of her communication style, or so she thought. At Hasbro Inc. she works with different people on a daily basis, each with their own way of interpreting and sharing information. She has learned, with the help of her teammates, how communication and collaboration are related.
