Ursula Burns, the CEO and chairman of Xerox Corporation, was recently awarded the Kate Gleason Award, whichrecognizes a female engineer who has had a lifetime of achievement in the engineering profession. ASME.org’s Managing Editor Chitra Sethi caught up with Burns at the ASME 2014 Honors Assembly for her views about women in science and leadership.
