Decarbonization is increasing the introduction of electric cars. Trucks, buses, trains, and ships are not far behind.
Automakers are making good on their plans to produce and sell more electric cars. But decarbonization efforts also extend to other modes of transporation. Heavy trucks and buses are close to deployment. Shipping is often overlooked, but emission limits from burning bunker fuel is one reason the industry is also looking to electrify. Railroads also are looking beyond diesel.
