Video: A Recipe for Engineering Leadership

There are opportunities for engineers to lead and grow at every level within an organization – from an entry-level position straight out of college to upper management. No matter what career path you take, it is critical that engineers seek to understand, lead by example and develop skills on the job in this rapidly changing world. Mitch Warren PE, Division Manager at Ford Audio Video shares a few ideas from his favorite authors, and how their advice correlates with his 10-year journey.
