Tim Kindelberger is a principal consultant with Theseus Professional Services, LLC. He has over 35 years of experience in quality management, quality program oversight, quality program auditing and quality control & inspections processes. Mr. Kindelberger has held positions with responsibility for maintaining company quality assurance programs in the nuclear power generation industry. Additionally, he has held positions with responsibilities that included quality program indoctrination for incoming personnel during plant outage ramp-up periods, with several hundred craft and staff employees being on-boarded in short periods of time.
Mr. Kindelberger has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Technical Studies. He has been a certified lead auditor in the nuclear industry since 1993. He was certified Level III in several nondestructive examination and inspection disciplines including Liquid Penetrant & Magnetic Particle Examination, and Visual, Mechanical & Electrical Inspection. From 1993 to 2012 he was designated as the Corporate Level III Examiner for a maintenance and modification contracting company in the nuclear and fossil power generation industry. He has experience with both ISO 9001 and 14001 programs, including management and oversight of an ISO 14001 certified program. Mr. Kindelberger is an active member of the ASME NQA-1 Assessment and Verification Sub-Committee.
