Doug Beller, P.E.

Doug Beller is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts with over 20 years of experience applying advanced mathematical and scientific principles to complex engineering challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, supplemented by specialized professional development in risk assessment, management, and system reliability engineering. His technical career includes serving as a Regional Fire Protection Engineer for the U.S. General Services Administration, where he acted as a subject matter expert for federal building project reviews and safety surveys, and working as a Staff Engineer generating technical fire model results for nuclear power industry risk assessments. 

Additionally, Beller has helped development regulations as a Fire Modeling Specialist for the National Fire Protection Association and conducted reliability engineering and risk analysis for complex operations as an Advanced Research Scientist for Factory Mutual Research Corporation. He bridges this extensive expertise and academia with a Master's of Mathematics for Educators and by teaching a variety of technical curricula.
