The world is changing at a rapid pace. Digital technology is disrupting all industries. Most of the focus is on the integration of automation and robotics into industry workflows. However, the role of people in these workflows must be considered, and thus it is important that engineers be able to adapt and develop themselves to remain relevant. Engineers can no longer just be technical experts but must evolve into technical leaders. My talk will highlight different frameworks, mindsets, and tools to accelerate your technical leadership within a digital world. The frameworks discussed will cover learning theory, automation, technology, process, and people.
