Pressure Vessel International Working Group Formation in China

On September 26, 2016 in Hefei, China, the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel (BPV) Section VIII China International Working Group (IWG) held its first meeting. Over 30 participants attended the meeting, including Steven Roberts and John Swezy of BPV Section VIII Standards Committee. The initial meeting covered various topics including policies, procedures, expectations, and C&S Connect Training. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled to occur in Shanghai, China before May 2017 Boiler Code Week.
