This ballot presents proposed amendments to the ASME Constitution for consideration and for the granting or withholding of your proxy vote for any other business at the June 6, 2026, Business Meeting.

The proxy vote must be completed and submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on May 17, 2026.
