Society Awards for Achievement

ASME Medal, established in 1920, is the highest award that the Society can bestow and is to recognize "eminently distinguished engineering achievement."

Society Awards for Literature

Blackall Machine Tool and Gage Award is presented for the best original paper or papers which has/have been presented before ASME and/or published by ASME during the two calendar years immediately preceding the year of the award.

Service Awards

Award honors dedicated voluntary service to the Society marked by outstanding performance, demonstrated effective leadership, prolonged and committed service, devotion, enthusiasm and faithfulness.

Fellows

Fellow Grade is the highest elected grade of membership within ASME, the attainment of which recognizes exceptional engineering achievements and contributions to the engineering profession.
