The next series of B31.3 Committee meetings have been scheduled for the following: Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade 420 Superior Avenue East Cleveland, OH 44114 Tel: (800)-233-1234 / (216)-575-1234 ASME Rate: $134 The hotel is approximately 13 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). Taxi, shuttle bus, or ride-share service may be used from the airport to the hotel. Please make your reservations by March 22, 2024 and be sure to mention you are attending the “ASME B31.3 Process Piping Section Committee and Subgroups” meetings or by using group code “G-WQLM” on www.hyatt.com to obtain the ASME rate. The preliminary meeting schedule is as follows: Monday, April 15, 2024 B31.3 Process Piping Section Committee - 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. B31.3 Subgroups - 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024 B31.3 Subgroups - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2024 B31.3 Steering Committee (Closed Meeting) - 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. B31.3 Process Piping Section Committee - 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All meetings conducted at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade Hotel will be in-person only. ASME in-person activities will follow the state and local laws, regulations and guidelines regarding COVID-19 applicable to the location of the event.
