Maan Jawad Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standards Award
The Maan Jawad Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standards Award, established in 2023, is intended to honor volunteers on the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Committees who spend time taking a complicated technical subject and simplifying it into equations, charts, tables, etc. to make it practical for use in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The award is applicable to volunteers of all committees dealing with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Sections I through XIII and any subsequent sections developed by the committees.
