Teaching experience in your technical expertise (corporate or academic settings)
A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (master's preferred) or equivilent professional experience
Commitment to ongoing professional development

What are the steps to becoming an ASME educator?

1. Complete the new educator application.

2. Approval process: Our team will review your C.V. and confirm professional and student references.

3. Once approved, complete the contracting process with our team.

4. Submit paperwork to get paid, choose courses to teach, and set up your ASME profile.

5. Complete our ASME train-the-trainer course and shadow one instructor-led session.

6. Time to teach, we will get you scheduled for your first teaching session.
