Course 1: The Engineering Manager: Engaging Today’s Workforce
This course provides essential management skills, tools to tackle common management challenges and guides any active or aspiring manager to assist individuals and teams in their quest to reach high levels of performance and engagement.

Schedule: This course runs from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern each day, with breaks scheduled throughout.

Course 2: Strategic Thinking in Times of Change
In this course you will develop a strategic mindset, approach challenges with innovation, and employ strategic thinking approaches. Both standard tools (e.g., SWOT) and innovative approaches from game theory, or the science of strategy, are covered. You will learn how to discern fallacious reasoning traps as well as ways to counter them. In addition, you will practice using a powerful model to construct and deliver a winning argument

Schedule: This course runs from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern each day, with breaks scheduled throughout.
