Call for Judges for the NSF Poster Competition at ASME 2018 International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition.

Track 15 NSF Student Research Poster Competitions

The ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition (IMECE) is seeking Judges for the 2018 NSF-Sponsored Student Poster Competitions.  This competition is open only to students working on NSF-funded project(s), currently with over 80 poster entrants.  We would like to encourage IMECE non-student participants to volunteer for this judging event.  Judges are expect to evaluate the student presenters via direct interviews at their respective posters.  If you are interested, please send the following information to (asmejudging@gmail.com) as soon as possible:
1. Your email address.
2. Your name and work affiliation.
3. The available time(s) you may be available on November 14th between 11AM-2:30PM.  We will work with you with a time schedule that fits your availability.

Please note that we will keep your information confidential, not share it, and not provide it for any other purpose other than judging needs for this event.  We will reach out to you at the beginning of November to inform you of the judging logistics.
