Welcome to ASME's Event Planning and Approval Tool (EPAT)
EPAT has been developed to provide a Society-wide web-based platform for event suggestions and approvals in compliance with Society Policy 12.1. All events must abide by the business practices set forth in this policy, and this tool will assist you in the process.
The ASME Events Committee (EC), a volunteer group, is the approval body. An event's approval will be based on, but not limited to, factors such as mission adherence, proposed budget information, logistical information, and past performance.

EPAT uses ASME single-sign on technology. You will be able to submit and access events using your My.ASME.org login (email address) and password. If you do not have a My.ASME.org login, or are not an ASME member, you will be prompted to create a new account. Note that non-ASME member interaction is limited to those Event Chairs that are not ASME members. All other users must be members of ASME.
