ASME provides author templates in Word, Framemaker and LaTex for use in preparing conference papers for publication on CD-ROM. For more information on templates, please visit the ASME Author Templates page.
Note: All materials submitted for publication must be in PDF format.
A short abstract is a concise, 400-word, paragraph that opens the paper. The abstract should give a clear indication of the objective, scope, and results reported in the paper so that readers can determine whether the full paper will be of interest.
Keywords for indexing, abstracting, and retrieval purposes should be included on a separate line at the end of the abstract text.
If your abstract is accepted, you'/ll need to submit a draft for technical review. Please note the following.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you submit your draft, please update the information on your work at this time. Paper title and author information are subject to change in the time between abstract and draft document. [In order to have the program and publication correctly identify you and your work, it is important that this information be updated.]
If you need assistance, please contact an organizer or ASME staff member for assistance.
Once your draft has been accepted for publication, you will be asked to submit a final work for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Please note the following.
