Video: Communication - An Essential Tool towards Solving Challenges in Global Collaboration

When collaborators are based across the globe, having different work cultures and opinions, the communication aspect then plays a vital role in bringing consensus towards solving problems jointly. Dilshad Sulaiman shares personal examples highlighting what he's learned by working with people across the globe at all levels.

Dilshad Sulaiman is an early career engineer based in India working on the ITER project, under construction in France. This project is a joint collaboration of China, India, the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Russia and the United States. Dilshad has been broadly involved in engineering/project management, technical co-ordination and communications on this project in the last 6 years that has given him a wide global exposure working with collaborators across the world.
