Upon acceptance by the editor, the author-provided PDF will publish online, contingent upon receipt of all copyrights and any outstanding author fees.
The PDF is modified to include coded metadata and the final DOI to facilitate discoverability (Google Scholar indexing) and the immediate availability for citation.
