Presented by Melinda Gray, Special Projects Manager for General Motors Global Design Corp. Melinda is a seasoned industry professional, who identifies as a positive role model for women in the industrial environment. She believes team building is an art form requiring courage! Collaboration is a skill! Passion and value are not mutually exclusive but thrive together complimenting the positive aspects of each. In her diversified career, she has successfully navigated difficult and complex situations, creating space for passion around Diversity, Equity, and inclusion. A passion that was ignited by the CEO of GM, Mary Barra. Currently on special assignment, supporting the construction of a new Design Studio, in Warren, MI, she also has been actively supporting the cultural evolution of DEI, within her sphere of influence. She is fueled by the notion of creating a smoother path behind her, as an ally of all.
