A scholarship is considered by ASME to be a grant made to a student to enable or assist the student in pursuing an educational program in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Application Extended Deadline Notice: Due to the related challenges and hardships students face and the delayed impact of the 2024-25 FAFSA data, we have extended our undergraduate applicant deadline to February 29.  We have also recently removed the FAFSA question from our application to ease your mind and encourage you to apply despite the delays.
