Instructions

Submission of Design Reports and Updates
Please help facilitate a smooth organization process by following these simple guidelines:

• email your submission as a PDF or Word attachment to HPVC@ASME.ORG
• the subject of your email and the name of your attached file should include:
• your school
• words "East" or "West", depending on which event you are attending, and
• description of the document, such as "Design Report" or "Report Update"
• for example: Big Tech College East Design Report…..

Team Rosters and Team Leaders
Please take a moment to provide us with your Team Roster. When you are somewhat certain of your team's attendance, please send us your roster. Please specify who the Team Leader is (you may have more than one).

If We Need to Call You
We would like to be able to contact you if need-be, so please include at least two phone contacts if possible.

Travel

Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel and lodging. Please be sure to arrange for your trips in advance - the event begins ON TIME.
Airports: San Francisco International Airport – 40 miles north of SJSU Park and Ride Lot
Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport – 8 miles north of SJSU Park and Ride Lot

Location and Directions

The Park and Ride lot is located next to the SJSU Spartan Stadium, which is at 1251 S 10th St, San Jose, CA 95112
The entry is on South 7th street between East Alma and East Humbolt streets.
From SFO: Take 101 south, merge onto 87 south, take exit 5 for I-280 south, take 10th street exit, turn right on South 10th street, turn right onto East Alma, turn right onto South 7th street.
The parking lot will be on the left.
From SJC: Take 87 south, take exit 5 for I-280 south, take 10th street exit, turn right on South 10th street, turn right onto East Alma, turn right onto South 7th street.
The Parking lot will be on the left.
From the south/southeast: Take 101 north to exit 385 Story Road, keep left at fork and merge onto Story Road. Story becomes Keyes after 1.5 miles, a half mile later turn left onto South 7th street. One block later cross East Humbolt
The Park and Ride lot is on the right.
From the northeast: I-80W to exit 40 to merge onto I-680 S. Continue onto I-280 N, take 7th Street exit toward California 82 and turn left onto South 7th Street. Cross East Humbolt.
The Park and Ride lot is on the right.
