Ferris State University is located approximately 60 miles north of Grand Rapids and 200 miles northwest of Detroit in the city of Big Rapids. The small town of 10,000 residents lies on the banks of the Muskegon River, which is a favored spot for tubing, canoeing, and kayaking. Ferris is the fastest growing state university in Michigan with more than 14,000 students enrolled in over 180 primarily career-focused degree programs. Ferris' campus sits on 880 acres of gently rolling, landscaped terrain.

Instructions

Submission of Design Reports and Updates
Please help facilitate a smooth organization process by following these simple guidelines:

• email your submission as a PDF or Word attachment to HPVC@ASME.ORG
• the subject of your email and the name of your attached file should include:
• your school
• words "East" or "West", depending on which event you are attending, and
• description of the document, such as "Design Report" or "Report Update"
• for example: Big Tech College East Design Report…..

Team Rosters and Team Leaders
Please take a moment to provide us with your Team Roster. When you are somewhat certain of your team's attendance, please send us your roster. Please specify who the Team Leader is (you may have more than one).

If We Need to Call You
We would like to be able to contact you if need-be, so please include at least two phone contacts if possible.

 

Travel

Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel and lodging. Please be sure to arrange for your trips in advance - the event begins ON TIME.
