Introducing the new American Society of Mechanical Engineers Deposit Program issued by Bank of America
A solid savings and investment plan is founded on the principles of diversity, security, and performance. The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) is pleased to provide checking, savings, CDs, and Money Market savings accounts through Bank of America.
The ASME checking and savings accounts offer secure online account access to view up-to-the-minute account activity, Keep the Change, and much more. When you enroll in Keep the Change, each purchase made with your Bank of America Visa debit card will be rounded to the nearest dollar and the difference transferred from your checking account into your Bank of America savings account. Bank of America will match your Keep the Change savings at 100 percent for the first three months to make it easier to save, up to a maximum total of $250 per year. The matching funds will be credited to your savings account within 8 weeks after the month in which the anniversary of your enrollment in Keep the Change savings service occurs. To receive the matching funds, your checking and savings accounts must be open and in good standing, and you must still be enrolled in the service. You get to Keep the Change and grow your savings.

Preferred Web Rates for ASME Members

CD Renewing?
If you have an existing CD and the renewal term is pending, you may elect to allow the CD to auto-renew at the same term. Or, if you prefer to renew at a new term, call Bank of America's affinity investment specialists at 800-696-6346 to advise them of your new investment decision.
Keep the Change® is available to both new and existing customers. Upon enrollment, we will round up your Visa® debit card purchases to the nearest dollar and transfer the difference from your checking account into your Bank of America savings account. Keep the Change savings from American Society of Mechanical Engineers debit cards are matched at 100% for the first three months to make it easier to save.
