Submitting the Paper

Once accepted, the paper must be submitted to ASME for production and publication. There are a few models for this paper submission process. Review the details below to determine which model is being used by your conference. If you have any questions, please contact toolboxhelp@asme.org.

DEADLINES

Consult the publication schedule posted on the conference web site for final paper deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • PDF file of the final paper submitted to the conference web site. (PDFs are then processed for print publication.)
  • Completed Copyright Transfer Form (hard copy) submitted to ASME Publishing, Three Park Avenue, 22nd floor, New York, N.Y. 10016 (T: 212-591-7099, F: 212-591-7292). Mail or fax, please.
    Papers will not be published without submittal of this form. See Copyright Transfer.

IMPORTANT: Authors are encouraged to submit the copyright form at their earliest convenience for better tracking in production.
