ECLIPSE Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the ECLIPSE programApplications for 2010-2011 internships are being accepted via email or fax.  If you are ready to join this exciting ASME program, please go to the following link to download the application:

2010-2011 ECLIPSE APPLICATION

Required Attachments:

  • PERSONAL STATEMENT: A statement of no more than 500 words outlining the experiences and abilities that qualify you for an internship, your anticipated future involvement in ASME and any other information which would be of value to the selection committee.  Include the reasons for wanting to intern with the unit you specified above.
     
  • LETTER OF REFERENCE: A letter of reference from an ASME member who has knowledge of your abilities and interests.
     
  • LETTER OF EMPLOYER SUPPORT: A statement from your employer indicating time away from office support OR a request that ASME contact the employer to seek such support if you are selected for an internship.
