Mission and Vision
The K&C Financial Operations Board provides Knowledge and Community Sector units, including technical divisions and sections, with support and assistance in developing and implementing strategic planning, business plans and financial metrics to assess performance in meeting strategic goals.

With oversight and support from Financial Operations, technical, global and affinity communities will manage custodial funds and local funds for meeting specific needs.

The Financial Operations Board will assist in budget preparation, resource allocation, audit reviews and financial performance monitoring as appropriate to assure consistency with the strategic plans, goals and financial practices of the Society and coordination with other sectors in financial matters.
