Sponsorship Opportunities
More than 200 professionals are expected to attend this event. Sponsorships are guaranteed to enhance your visibility and participation in our event.
TABLETOP EXHIBITOR - $600
Benefits include:
- Exposure to over 250 Boiler Pressure Valve, Pipes and Piping, and Nuclear professionals
- 2 Exhibitor badges
- Logo, profile & URL on event webpage, with a link to your website
- Logo, profile & URL in the final program handed out to all participants
ASME will provide one 6’x3’ skirted table with 2 chairs and one plug outlet
ADVERTISING SPONSOR - $1500
Advertising Sponsors receive a tabletop exhibit and the opportunity to have their company logo imprinted with the ASME logo on badge lanyards, pens, totebags, or another item agreed upon by ASME and the sponsor.
Advertising sponsors also receive:
- Logo, profile & URL on event webpage, with a link to your website
- Logo, profile & URL in final program handed out to all participants
EVENT SPONSOR - $3000
Sponsorship of either a networking reception or meal function. Benefits include:
- A tabletop exhibit
- Display of logo, profile and URL as Sponsor of your event on our event webpage and on program materials handed out to all participants
- Company literature inserted in each Participant Registration Bag
- Complimentary admission for one to all of the week’s events (excluding courses)
Networking Reception
- Available any evening (except Monday) from 5:30-6:30pm
- One drink with hors d’oeuvres extending to cash bar
- Sponsor has the opportunity for brief remarks and distribution of materials (subject to ASME approval)
Breakfast or Lunch
- Available any day for approximately 1 hour
- Your company logo will be displayed on each table at your function
