This course will give you an understanding of the rules for in-service inspection of nuclear power plant vessels, piping, pumps, valves, & supports. The engineer's role in evaluation of service conditions and repair, replacement, and modification are also discussed.

You will learn:

• In-service Inspection Requirements for Class 1, 2, and 3 systems, components, and supports
• The applicability of Section XI to repair, replacement, modification, and maintenance activities
• The relationship of 10CFR50.55a, NRC Bulletins, and NRC Generic Letters 89-09 and 90-05 to repair, replacement, and modification
