Why should I stay at the ASME Program Headquarters hotel?
In order to secure meeting room space at each hotel, ASME must sign a contract with the hotel that guarantees that a specified number of hotel sleeping rooms will be booked by our Participants. If attendees stay in other hotels or neglect to mention ASME when making a reservation, ASME faces the possibility that its room block will not be met, thus resulting in financial penalties.
