ASME-ASME Auxiliary FIRST Clarke Scholarships $5,000 (10 Awards)
To recognize and reward students whose FIRST experience has inspired an interest in pursuing an engineering career, the ASME Foundation in conjunction with the ASME Auxiliary will award nine (9) $5,000 scholarships to high school seniors active on a FIRST team, who are nominated by an ASME member, ASME Auxiliary member, or student member active with FIRST. This award will be for the first year of study (non-renewable) at an accredited mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology program. The recipients will be announced at the FIRST National Championship.
Visit the The ASME Foundation-ASME Auxiliary FIRST Clarke Scholarship for more details and an application form. This scholarship has its own application form. It cannot not be applied to using the online application.
If you are active with FIRST, but are not an ASME member or student member, and would like to nominate a deserving high school senior, apply for ASME membership directly online with ASME's membership application.
