Tips for Tenure and Promotion: A Symposium for New and Prospective Faculty 

The target audience is new and prospective faculty, including graduate students and those from research labs and industry. At each symposium, Department heads and early career faculty are invited to discuss tips for tenure and promotion in teaching, service/outreach, and scholarship at institutions that focus on both research and teaching. Department heads, deans and faculty also provide tips on obtaining research funding and securing a faculty position.
