ASME, in partnership with ASCE, AIChE, and AIME, established the Engineering Management Certification International (EMCI) to provide global standards and best practices for engineering managers. Engineering Management Certification International (EMCI) is a certification that validates individuals' competence in engineering management. You can be certified as an Engineering Manager through ASME’s Engineering Management Certification International.
To promote the development of Engineering Managers, ASME has live and online courses in critical competency areas for Engineering Managers and also to help prepare engineers for the Engineering Management Certification Exam.
Online Instructor-Led Courses
Online instructor-led courses are conducted five times a year. Each term is 6 weeks long. Once you sign up for the courses, you will have access to all the materials on the Blackboard course management system and to a subject area expert to whom you can ask questions.
