Engineering Management: Best Practices for Your Career

The Early Career Forum will focus on how early-career engineers can grow in their profession, both in advancement to managerial positions and in honing their ethical compass.  There will be two discussion sessions that will expose early career engineers to a diverse group of perspectives and ideas in these areas. Those that attend will have the opportunity to ask specific questions and learn how to achieve their career goals.
