Minimum system requirements for installation on a standalone PC are:

• Pentium processor-based personal computer
• Microsoft Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or later.

Important Note:  To install on Windows XP and 2000 systems, you must have Administrative rights on the PC where the software is to be installed.

• 18 MB RAM on Windows 98 (24 recommended)
• 24 MB RAM on Windows NT (32 recommended)
• Hard drive with:
  -  Approximately 18 MB of free space for software installation.
  -  Additional free disk space of 20 MB is required for temporary files when running the product.
  -  Approximately 195 MB of free space for a full install to the hard drive.
• VGA or SVGA monitor (SVGA 17" or 21" preferred) with compatible video card.  Screen display should be set to a resolution of 800 x 600.  SVGA 256 color recommended.
• CD-ROM drive (compatible with ISO 9660)
• Windows-Supported laser printer (optional)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 above with the search feature.  Note: Free versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.1 and 6.0.1 with the search feature are included on the ASME A17 CD-ROM.
