The ASME GDTP examinations are available at:

• Prometric's computer-based testing services centers.  Prometric has a network of over 2500 testing centers located throughout the world.
• To locate a test center near you, click here for Prometric Testing Center Locator.  Note: Follow the below instructions:

1. Select Academic, Professional, Government and Corporate from 'Area of Study' drop down menu. Using the drop down box associated with this choice, please select "ASME - American Society of Mechanical Engineers".
2. Select Country and State from drop down menu(s) and click 'NEXT'. 
3. You will be shown a complete list of ASME Personnel tests offered at that specific location.  Please select the test for which you have applied. 
4. Make a note of the exam centers convenient to you. 

Dates
Applicants can take examinations at any time (subject to availability at the specific test center). Applicants who do not pass an examination may take it a maximum of two times during any 12 month period.
